La Chai - originally the building for making wine and storing barrels - is approached either via steps from the courtyard or directly from a side road and accomodates six to eight people.

The sejour is an enormous room, very comfortably furnished with upholstered settees and chairs, a large dining table and french country furniture giving it a homely farm-house feel.

At one end is the fully fitted kitchen, with views over the fields. On the ground floor is a WC, adjoining another bathroom with a double basin, shower, basin, bidet and hand painted tiles in blue and white. Next to the bathroom is a bedroom / playroom with a traditional french day bed, a sofa bed and two large wardrobes.

On the first floor are three large bedrooms; the main bedroom, with huge roof timbers, has a double bed, a large wardrobe and cupboard, a chest of drawers and is prettily furnished in yellow. The bathroom on this floor is quite unusual with the arrangement of beams and the hand painted tiles. A spacious landing leads to the second bedroom with twin beds and handmade wooden headboards, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The third bedroom has two french beds a hand basin, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
